OK so let's talk about routine this is my routine you have to find a routine that works for you and incorporated into your day and your life!
This is just a guide and what works for me !
So every morning before my feet hit the floor I wake up to my first five app alarm it's an awesome app where you dedicate your first five minutes of the day to a devotional you can even set an alarm and it wakes you up so as I grab my phone I read the devotion and I say a prayer and the devil says "oh Lord she's awake" as my feet hit the floor!
In my case, I wake up before everyone else so I hop in the shower. Then, I do my Daily personal routine of getting ready..... this is the normal things like brushing your teeth doing your hair stuff like that as soon as no one is in my bed I make my bed , I open the curtains in every room I go into, even if it's still dark out ( which it usually always is)
I get a large glass of water and I start drinking! After all night without water our bodies are slightly dehydrated!
I go for a short walk with my dogs ! They are happy and I get my body in motion !
I wake up my kiddos
While my kids are getting dressed I bullet journal of all the things I'm thankful for I try to do at least three a day this starts my day off with gratitude!
I spend time with my kids and make sure they're ready before they go out the door
As my two-year-old is still sleeping... I read usually a self development book until 730 when I have an affirmation call that I listen to daily on the weekends it's at nine this gets my mindset right after the call I usually continue reading! During my affirmations I look at my dream board and visualize myself marking each thing off , how do I feel , who is there , paint the full picture in my mind and attach emotions to it!
Then I'm going to look at my planner and see what's on the schedule and I'm still drinking my water many days with fresh lemon!
In a book I read Miracle Mornings Hal Elrod suggest the S.A.V.E.R.S method they don't have to be in this order but use them as a guide ! After I read the book I realized I already do all of these things !!
- Silence (prayers, meditation)
- Scribbling (writing)
This may cause you to have to get up a little earlier each day to do these things but believe it or not it sets your whole day in motion and is setting you up to
SLAY YOUR DAY!
